About Me

As Head of Data, Analytics & AI at USA Rare Earth, I lead the build-out of data and AI infrastructure for one of America's most strategically important companies — a domestic producer of rare earth minerals essential to defense, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing supply chains.

I joined at a pivotal moment: standing up a data organization from scratch, shaping strategy, selecting tooling, and building the team. Across my career I've contributed to data initiatives in upstream oil and gas, healthcare, two-sided marketplaces, and entertainment/consumer tech — and I'm equally comfortable in the technical weeds or setting direction at the leadership level.
